Rambo Research and Consulting guides high school students as they decide what to study, identify the best fit colleges for themselves and complete college admission tasks. Rambo Research also helps college students apply to graduate school programs.

Our college advising services are designed to help students improve their approach to college admissions and applications to maximize success.  

Yes, Rambo Research offers support in identifying prospective colleges, navigating the application process and finding and applying for scholarships to help pay college costs. Additionally, guidance is provided as needed in the financial aid process. 

Pam Rambo has decades of experience in academic advising, admissions and financial aid  within colleges. Additionally, she has worked in public and private high schools, a college access program and as an independent college advisor. She earned a doctorate in counseling from The College of William and Mary and holds memberships in professional associations including the Higher Education Consultants Association, the Virginia Association of College Registrars and Admission Officers, the Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, and the National Speakers Association. Since establishing Rambo Research and Consulting in 2010, Pam has helped over 600 families navigate the college admissions, financial and scholarship process.
